Fuel Bladder Repair

    As soon as we recieve your bladder it will be immediately inspected. All noticable damage will be recorded, filler plates will be checked for possible looseness. And an estimate will be made. We will contact you within 48 hours. Upon your approval we will begin work on you bladder.

    How long will repairs take? That depends on the extent of damage. In most cases your bladder will be ready to return to you within 2-4 wks. But it can be in as little as a couple of days for very minor repairs or for an upgrade. Or it can take a much longer time if your bladder is severely damaged with hundreds of leaks.

     Before we return your bladder to you. With its 2 year WARRANTY, it must pass our 48 hour methanol fuel test.

     You can be confident that every effort has been made during repairs to return your bladder to its original state.

Fuel Bladder Repair is not responsible for damage resulting from improper storage, so PLEASE unpack immediately upon arrival and store properly.

Fuel Bladder Repair will not be responsible for damage resulting from the use of unauthorized fuel or additives. Your fuel bladder was designed for Methanol only (unless otherwise noted).

 As I speak with potential customers that have wandered across our website, I find that many of you did not know that your bladders were repairable until now.

 The art of repairing bladders is not a new process. I myself have 20 years experience in the fuel cell industry. Including building all types of military aircraft bladders and fuel cells from B-52 Bombers to F-18 Fighter Jets. I have background in research and development as well as engineering some of the best possible repair procedures that can be offered. I also have 7 years experience in a quality assurance department  at a large company,  taught me that quality is the most important thing when it comes to repairing your bladders.
